What's the role about?

We are currently recruiting for a New York Metro Area Manager, reporting directly to the Vice President of our North America market. As our Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the region, driving operational excellence and ensuring the highest performance across all key metrics.

You will inspire and lead our New York retail teams with confidence, passion, and expertise to exceed business goals, and store and concession specific KPIs. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration - working closely with both Retail and Corporate teams, as well as nurturing our host store partnerships to increase brand visibility, optimize selling opportunities, and identify areas for continued growth.
