Carlile Swim is looking for an experienced and people-focused Area Lead to oversee multiple swim schools across the Northside of Brisbane.

Working closely with the Head of Operations, you’ll mentor and empower Swim School Managers, strengthen team culture, drive centre performance and help deliver exceptional experiences for children and families.

This is a unique opportunity to influence multiple locations, develop future leaders and play a key role in the ongoing success and growth of Carlile Swim.
