Area Commissioning Lead

Position Overview

As part of a re-structure, we are creating Area Commissioning Manager roles within the Thames Region. These roles will support and report to the Senior Commissioning Manager for the Region.

You will report directly to the Senior Commissioning Manager.You will deliver commissioning planning and commissioning activities for all projects in appointed area. You will also provide ownership of the commissioning process through all stages of a project lifecycle and achieving efficiencies associated with handover.

Key responsibilities will include: 

  • Resource and line management within the appointed hub/area
  • Mentor and manage apprentices and graduates within your hub/area
  • Day to day management and coordination of all commissioning and commissioning planning activities, including planning for process commissioning and testing, within your hub/region.
  • Ensure Commissioning is carried out safely in accordance with regulations and procedures.
