• Lead Multi-Site Operations – Deliver operational excellence across multiple high-volume restaurants.


• Build High-Performance Teams – Coach, grow, develop and promote superstar managers.


• Drive Sales & Profit – Analyse P&Ls, run promotions, maximise growth opportunities.

WHAT MAKES YOU A PERFECT MATCH

• 5–6+ years operations management experience - preferably from QSR industry


• Strong people-development and coaching skills.


• Financial acumen (P&L, BSC, cost control).


• Tech-savvy (Word, Excel, Email).


• Ready for weekends, fieldwork and fast-pace...
