Position Overview

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for sales growth and customer development of assigned Market Sector, Key Customer and New Market Development.
  2. Lead, direct & provide training to a team of staff in penetrating target markets and meeting sales target, developing new opportunities and enhancing customer relationships.
  3. Responsible for Team's Sales Collection & implement stringent credit control, minimizing company's credit risk exposure.
  4. Strategize and track the sales process management, brand strategies, market research, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and market weaknesses, forecasting projected business, establishing the targeted market share.
  5. Establish strong sales operating structure, processes and procedures to ensure disciplined market coverage and service levels.
  6. Develop and communicate company’s goals and results to personnel; supervising, and supporting the sales team; and upholding company’s policies.
