Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales growth and customer development of assigned Market Sector, Key Customer and New Market Development.
- Lead, direct & provide training to a team of staff in penetrating target markets and meeting sales target, developing new opportunities and enhancing customer relationships.
- Responsible for Team's Sales Collection & implement stringent credit control, minimizing company's credit risk exposure.
- Strategize and track the sales process management, brand strategies, market research, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and market weaknesses, forecasting projected business, establishing the targeted market share.
- Establish strong sales operating structure, processes and procedures to ensure disciplined market coverage and service levels.
- Develop and communicate company’s goals and results to personnel; supervising, and supporting the sales team; and upholding company’s policies.
