Architecture Design Manager Our client is seeking an experienced Architecture Design Manager to lead the design management function for high-profile development projects in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to oversee the entire design lifecycle, working closely with consultants, contractors, and project teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable developments.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the design process from concept, design development, and construction through project completion.
- Drive design excellence, sustainability, buildability, and compliance with statutory requirements, quality standards, and project objectives.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely design delivery and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Review architectural, structural, BIM models, shop drawings, material submissions, mock-ups, and construction documentation.
