Role Purpose

The Senior Architect will lead the design development and delivery of high-quality projects with expertise in high rise residential projects or commercial (retail, office buildings). The role focuses on ensuring design excellence, process rigor, compliance, and team capability while aligning all outcomes with Total Environment’s philosophy of thoughtful, personalized, and design-driven space.

1. Quality Assurance

• Design and implement robust QA systems and checklists.
• Establish standards to ensure consistent, high-quality design documentation and execution.
• Drive error-free, coordinated drawing outputs across disciplines.
