Position Overview
Roles & Responsibilities - Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants and provide technical solutions.
- Manage and lead architectural project teams by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and outcomes.
- Manage architectural consultants to meet project program, design deliverables, authority submission and timely approval.
- Review and value‑add to designs, specifications and drawings submitted by consultants.
- Coordinate with structural team and M&E team to ensure final design is in line with architect’s design intents and requirements.
- Inform Project Manager/Construction Manager on any technical/site problems pertaining to architectural works.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing reports and presentations to management, clients and stakeholders.
Requirements - Must possess a qualification from the list of universities, BCA and Board of Architects.
