Job Description

• Assume responsibility of Architectural and Interior works in the project and certify on completion or each stage of the installation of the project.

• Ensure that the works are carried out as per the specification, approved construction drawing. And confirm that the works are properly inspected at the required stages

• Ensure compliance of construction detail documentation to best practices. Issue and administer non-conformance, corrective action reports as necessary and ensure follow up.

• Ensure verification of documentation and certificates for material purchased.

• Check and ensure that required tests are performed and verify its compliance against requirements. Confirm and witness the tests on a random basis.
