Position Overview
Responsibilities - The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading project teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- The Senior Architect will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and to develop designs that meet their needs.
- The Senior Architect will also provide technical guidance to project teams and mentor junior architects to ensure that the highest design standards are met.
Requirements - Possess a recognised Architectural degree and preferably a Qualified Person registered with the Singapore Board of Architects.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-rise HDB and private condominiums, healthcare / institutional, hospitality & mixed-use commercial developments.
- Good knowledge and well versed in Singapore building regulations and codes, design development & detailing.
