Architectural Coordinator
to join our dynamic team in Singapore's construction sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating architectural and technical aspects of projects, ensuring that design intent is realized on-site in compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents to ensure compliance with design intent, codes, and regulations (e.g., BCA, URA, FSSD). Work closely with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve architectural and technical issues on-site. Liaise with authorities and assist in the preparation and submission of documents for statutory approvals (e.g., BP, WP, TOP, CSC).
