• We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Architect to join our office-based team in the Philippines.
• The role involves designing and developing architectural plans for accessory dwelling units (ADUs), remodeling of main residential units, and small commercial spaces for U.S.-based projects.
• The Architect will be responsible for leading the design process, preparing detailed drawings and 3D models, ensuring compliance with U.S. building codes and zoning laws, and collaborating with clients and allied professionals to deliver high-quality, buildable designs.

Job Requirements :

• At least 2 years of experience in architecture, with a portfolio showcasing residential and commercial projects
• Licensed Architect (PRC)
