A boutique Brisbane architect-developer is seeking a keen Architect to handle projects a diverse portfolio of high-end multi-residential, commercial and mixed-use work. This is a unique role offering real ownership and autonomy. 

This position suits a Registered Architect (or close to) who enjoys being across everything, from early design through to construction, while leading a small, capable team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects across multi-residential, commercial and mixed-use typologies
• Manage and mentor a small team (2-5 graduates)
• Contribute across all stages from concept through to construction
• Oversee Revit documentation and coordinate consultants
• Liaise with clients, contractors and project teams
• Resolve design and technical outcomes through delivery
