About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Architect with 5+ years of professional experience in architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong design and technical skills, be proficient in Auto CAD, and have the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural plans, elevations, approval drawings, construction drawings, and interior detailing.
Develop concept designs and presentation drawings.
Create 3 D models and renderings using Sketch Up and Enscape
Assist in area calculations, quantity take-offs, and BOQ preparation.
Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other consultants.
