ArcGIS/Esri Consultant 

Required skills:

· Experience with ArcGIS/Esri technologies, Agile delivery methodologies, utility operations, or compliance initiatives such as FAC-003/FAC-008 is preferred.

· Partner with GIS professionals, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to define and translate business and technical requirements into actionable delivery plans.

· Lead backlog refinement, solution planning, process analysis, and coordination activities across cross-functional teams.

· Engage directly with technical teams and SMEs within GIS and enterprise application environments to support efficient delivery execution.

· Esri GIS Experience is Must.
