The Estates & Grounds Maintenance team at The Guinness Partnership is hiring an Arborist to provide a high quality, customer focused tree surgery and maintenance service in compliance with relevant procedures and legislation. This is a full time, 35 hours per week, permanent, field-based role covering Havant, Southampton, Portsmouth and surrounding areas.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a qualified and certificated Arborist who can demonstrate a high level of technical competence when working at height using harness systems, chainsaws and associated machinery. The successful candidate will have experience operating within a customer‑focused environment and meeting defined performance targets, alongside the ability to complete all required certifications, reports and documentation to a high standard.
