Position Overview
Job Description:
Pay Range: $22hr - $27hr
In search of a business professional with an undergraduate degree in accounting or an individual with 2 years of experience in accounting, as described below. Assist Financial Analysts within the Accounting Operations team of the University Controllers' office. Specific duties will include helping with year-end audit schedules. Prepare general ledger journal entries and credit card reclassification entries and related analysis. Assist with the preparation of expense account reconciliations. Assist with the fringe calculations and other analysis as needed to complete the department’s deliverables. Research historical balances using information readily available, discussions with other departments or campus accountants. Assist with documenting new or existing business processes being used by the department. Qualifications:
