Certification: B2 or Graduation is into Arabic

Job Description:-

Translate documents, emails, and content from Arabic to English and vice versa.

· Communicate with Arabic -speaking clients or customers via email, chat, or phone.

· Provide support in resolving queries, managing cases, and coordinating with internal departments.

· Localize product and service materials for the Arabic -speaking market.

· Maintain linguistic and cultural accuracy in all communications.

· Support teams in training or interpreting as required.
