We are looking for a skilled and passionate Arabic cook to prepare authentic and highquality Arabic dishes. The ideal candidate must have experience in traditional Arabic cuisine and a strong understanding of flavour profiles presentation and kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook traditional Arabic dishes (e.g. mandi kabsa hummus grills mezze etc.
  

• Ensure food is cooked and presented to high standards
  

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
  

• Monitor stock levels and assist in kitchen inventory
  

• Coordinate with the kitchen team and follow kitchen procedures
  

• Ensure food safety and quality control at all stages
  

• Support in menu planning and dish innovation when required
