On behalf of our client a multinational oil and gas company that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Arab Senior Recruitment Consultant. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment and Talent Management you will be responsible for developing and maintaining networks of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates, screen and refer candidates for interviews, work with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates, liaise with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, duties, qualifications and skills and perform reference and background checks of potential candidates.

The successful applicant must be a resident of the UAE and have a minimum of 3 years experience within the oil, gas or power industry, working either in house or in an agency. Candidates must be fluent in Arabic and English and be prepared to travel within the GCC.
