Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding training for new hires on AR cash application processes, systems, and toolsDeliver refresher and upskilling sessions to improve accuracy and timeliness of cash postingFacilitate training on end-to-end cash application processes including:Lockbox processingACH/EFT and wire paymentsCredit card postingRefunds and chargebacksNSF and reversal transactionsProvide training on reconciliation of payments to bank statements prior to postingTrain team members on identifying and resolving unapplied and misapplied cashFacilitate training on credits on account, payment transfers, and adjustmentsQualifications:
College Graduate2-3 years of relevant experienceMust be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays.Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
