Job Summary:

The AR Specialist will support the day-to-day processing of transactions and ongoing monitoring of our Customer accounts across all business channels, with primary focus within our Wholesale lines of business. A successful candidate is someone who possesses strong general accounting knowledge and skills, is comfortable working with large data sets and reconciling high volume transactions, and thrives in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue customer invoices in accordance with contractual terms
• Process customer payments, ensuring timely and accurate recording and application
• Ensure that all credits taken by customers are valid, collaborating with Operations team to examine Chargebacks, and dispute if necessary
