The Aquatic Director is responsible to ensure all participants are provided with activities which promote the social, cultural, educational, physical, and leadership potential of the child.Under the Aquatic Director’s supervision all aquatic facilities will be clean and staffed by certified employees who reflect and support the Mission of the Old Colony Y.He/she will uphold the employee code of conduct and will ensure that all areas of the job responsibilities reflect the mission of the Old Colony Y, and regulating agency.The Aquatic Director will display and encourage the character traits of caring, responsibility, honesty and respect in the fulfillment of all job duties.
