As an Apprentice Workshop Engineer - Daventry, you are responsible for building technical expertise in repairing and servicing Atlas Copco Power Technique equipment. Working as part of the Workshop and Service team, you will support customers, ensure high‑quality service delivery, and help drive ongoing improvements in customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
To learn repairs on Portable air compressors, Energy storage systems, Generators, pumps and handheld equipmentTo learn the technical support procedures during breakdowns to include fault finding etc.To learn how to provide the customer with technical support, assistance and guidance by either phone, email or on site.To learn how to maintain records of all activities.To carry out calibrations and preventative maintenance tasks on a scheduled and planned maintenance basis.To provide written and electronic reports on repairs...
