Site Inspections: Assist engineers during site inspections. Take photographs and carry necessary equipment (e.g., ladders).
Building Inspections: Support the inspection team in conducting building inspections. Prepare documentation for submission to the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
Inspection Reporting: Draft inspection reports for BCA submissions.
Ad-Hoc Duties: Assist with various tasks as needed within the company.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft, A1, etc. Good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle physical tasks related to site inspections.
