**Your Key Responsibilities**

+ Complete 7,000 hours between the College Program and on-the-job training (OJT) in our manufacturing facilities
+ Assists with monthly preventative maintenance on machines and equipment
+ Repair and troubleshoot electrical systems and update existing equipment
+ Drive Technical Improvement activities as prioritized by production management and defined by Process Engineering (scrap, efficiency, utilization, quality, cost, cycle time)
+ Support small step improvements related to quality, costs...
