  • Confirming appointments and handling reschedules

  • Entering accurate notes and customer information into our CRM

  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional phone presence

  • Following structured call scripts and processes

  • Working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks

  • Maintaining follow-up schedules and appointment confirmation processes

  • Assisting with lead management and customer communication
