Appointment Setter (GH - - PTAS)

Position: Appointment Setter
Number of hours: 20 hours/week
Schedule: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm CST

Tasks required:

• Set 1015 qualified appointments per month with decision-makers
• Work leads using tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, Seamless.ai, Apollo , and YellowPages
• Enroll prospects into custom sequences via HubSpot or basic CRM tools
• Send personalized emails, texts, and Loom video recordings to drive engagement
• Maintain up-to-date records and follow-ups in the CRM, ensuring leads are in the correct stage of the pipeline
• Scrub, qualify, and segment contact lists based on buyer persona and campaign needs
• Conduct basic research on prospects and companies before outreach
• Track outreach metrics and report performance regularly
