About the role - you will:
Drive all technical aspects of our customer qualification engagementsReplicate, analyze, and develop solutions in concert with internal engineering teams to address customer issuesRun tests in customer environment to validate drive/system compatibilityAssist in post-qualification customer technical issuesCreate and present technical information to internal teamsWork with customer account team to solidify feedback into future product requirements.Coordinate activities of other organizations to ensure customer deliverables meet the customer expectations.Demonstrated ability to leverage AI...
