What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor Systems: Keep an eye on applications and servers to ensure they run smoothly.
• Fix Issues: Identify and resolve technical problems quickly.
• Development: Requirements or issue fixes requiring coding.
• Support Users: Help users with their technical queries and concerns.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with other teams to solve issues and improve systems.
• Document Work: Record incidents, solutions, and processes for future reference.
• Ensure Security: Follow IT policies and maintain system security.
• Represent Manager in management meeting as and when required.

What We Are Looking For

• Typically requires 3-4 years of related experience with a degree; or equivalent work experience.
