Application Support Engineer - Insurance domain

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Application Support Engineer to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise applications. Responsible for ensuring that all software applications run smoothly, identifying and resolving issues, and providing technical support to internal and external users.

Must have Insurance domain knowledge. Experience in data migration, etc., is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day application support for internal and external users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application performance, user access, and functionality.
  • Respond to and resolve Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to identify software bugs, test patches, and manage the deployment of updates in production environments.
  • Run SQL queries to extract data, generate reports, or perform data fixes...
