Application Support Engineer The Application Support Engineer will manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise applications, ensuring smooth operation and timely resolution of issues for internal and external users.
Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day application support for internal and external users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application performance, user access, and functionality.
- Respond to and resolve Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to identify software bugs, test patches, and manage deployment of updates in production environments.
- Run SQL queries to extract data, generate reports, or perform data fixes as required for troubleshooting.
