Application Support / Cloud Operations Engineer (L2/L3)



We’re looking for an experienced Application Support / Cloud Operations Engineer to join a production operations team responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuity of business-critical applications.

This role combines hands-on troubleshooting, incident management, and cross-team coordination in modern cloud environments.



Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for production applications (incident intake, triage, resolution)

Monitor application health, availability, and performance

Lead and coordinate incident resolution and major incidents

Collaborate with platform, DevOps, and infrastructure teams

Support production changes (validation, testing, rollback)

Identify recurring issues and contribute to problem management
