Responsibilities - Handle installation, configuration, and software setup of specialized security and detection systems.
- Respond to and manage sales product inquiries with technical knowledge and professionalism.
- Deliver and deploy equipment according to post-sales procedures and customer requirements.
- Perform preventive maintenance and conduct regular servicing of deployed systems.
- Troubleshoot and carry out diagnostic analysis for equipment faults or failures.
- Provide timely repair services and liaise with vendors or internal teams for complex fixes.
