Position Overview
Job Description
- Technical support for in-house sales and dealer sales (defect response, solution proposals)
- Machining simulations using CAD/CAM and time study creation
- Test cutting using actual machine tools
- Accompanying users and responding to customer machining inquiries
- Showroom machine management
* Business trips: to HCMC 1 time per month, to Japan/overseas sometimes per year. Job Requirement
・Education: Bachelors Degree
・Language: English or Japanese Business Level (equivalent to N2) ・Experience: - Experience with machining using machine tools (machining centers)
- CAD/CAM program creation skills
- Experience creating 3D models
- Have 5+ years of experience using CAD/CAM software → Fusion360, HyperMill, SolidCam, etc.
- Working experience in machine tool industry. Candidates must have one of the following experiences:
