Position Overview
Key Responsibilities Application Engineering Support (70%) - Work closely with OEMs providing guidance and technical solutions for both existing and new air‑conditioning products.
- Support customers in the use of product selection software and system design simulators.
- Assist OEMs with the development and optimization of variable‑speed air‑conditioning systems supporting testing system balancing and approval processes.
- Coordinate testing with the psychrometric lab and manage technical documentation such as catalogs, application bulletins and manuals.
- Engage OEMs on alternate refrigerants and explore new application opportunities in the region.
- Provide inputs on regional efficiency standards and collaborate with marketing to influence standard bodies (AHRI, Eurovent etc.).
- Lead NBO (New Business Opportunities) initiatives for air‑conditioning products in MEA in close collaboration with Sales.
