The successful candidate will play a critical role in the ongoing development, modernization, and expansion of the CitiFTP platform, leveraging deep domain expertise and strong technical leadership.
Responsibilities
Serve as the Technical Lead who will design and code, leveraging AI-assisted tools for enhanced productivity and quality, driving modernization efforts for the Match Funded Ticketing workstream and related features within the CitiFTP platform.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Ensure the quality, timeliness, and successful delivery of business-critical initiatives.
Contribute to the strategic expansion and evolution of the CitiFTP platform.
