Genesis10 is currently seeking a Hadoop Administrator / SRE for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chicago, IL or Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This is a Hadoop Admin Ops / SRE role supporting NextGen Platforms built around Big Data Technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and Impala. The ideal candidate will have experience in cluster management of vendor-based Hadoop and Data Science products. This role is involved in the full life cycle of an application and is part of an agile development process, requiring collaboration with clients, development teams, and vendors.
