Position Overview

Provide first-level technical support to users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Ensure timely resolution of tickets and maintain high user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues (calls, emails, tickets)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and applications
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights
  • Log, track, and resolve support tickets within SLA
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
  • Perform routine system checks and maintenance
  • Provide basic user training and guidance
  • Maintain documentation of issues and solutions
