Principal tasks and responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain workflow solutions using Appian
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions
• Troubleshoot, support, and optimize Appian-based applications and workflows
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow automation across the business
• Assist with system documentation, user support, and ongoing platform enhancements
