As an App Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing reliable and efficient technical support
to clients using Meditab’s mobile applications and software platform.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 9:00 PM- 6:00 AM, Onsite
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
App Support
● Provide timely and effective support to clients using the mobile application and related software.
● Guide users through app features, functionalities, and proper usage.
● Assist clients via phone, email, chat, or remote support tools.
Troubleshooting
● Diagnose and resolve issues related to installation, connectivity, data synchronization, and app
performance.
● Address software-related concerns impacting mobile application functionality.
● Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or development teams with proper
documentation....
