Position Overview
Responsibilities - Bachelors degree in chemical engineering. Masters degree is preferable.
- Ability to identify the potential areas and benefits for applying Advanced Process Control for various process units and specify the hardware/software architecture to carry out APC implementation.
- To implement APC & MVC implementations starting from Control Definition Functional Design Specifications Plant Testing Detailed Engineering Modeling of Controller and Estimator Site Integration SAT Commissioning Post Audit and PGTR.
- Responsible for commissioning APC Controllers in Refining Petrochemical and Polymer process units.
- Provide maintenance support including carrying out modifications to the Control strategies to ensure higher APC up time and carry out the required APC training to plant operators & engineers.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
