Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will assist with the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community, including:
Completing service requests in a timely and professional mannerTroubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issuesAppliance repair and replacementPainting, drywall repair, and general carpentryPreparing apartments for new residents(turns/make-eadies)Maintaining building systems and common areasAssisting with preventative maintenance programsParticipating in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance.#INDVGMAINT
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
