Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
+ Manage full AP cycle (vendor setup, coding, payments, expenses)
+ Oversee AP systems (Ramp, Brex)
+ Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and AP inbox
+ Review expenses and credit cards for policy compliance
+ Reconcile cash and AP-related balance sheet accounts
+ Resolve vendor issues and improve P2P controls/processes
