Position Overview
Reporting to: Regional Operation Support Center ManagerOverview: As an Operations Support, you will be responsible to support and assist a wide range of operations with a special focus on Account Management, Customer Service, Client Satisfaction, Projects Documentation, and Services Delivery. As part of the team, you will also be expected to assist with the office management. Service delivery and to support Operations Center across APAC region.Main responsibilities: Support Account Managers to prepare quotations, generate reports, follow up on invoices, payment collection, and documentation management. Support the Customer Service Ticket system by tracking tickets, providing timelyupdates, arranging routine maintenance service, and customizing service analysis reports.
