The role will focus on managing CRM, improving lead-to-conversion efficiency, building automated customer journeys, and ensuring seamless communication across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, process-oriented, and have strong experience in CRM operations, marketing automation, and lead lifecycle management.
