About the role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Program Manager to lead process improvement activities supporting a high-priority Aged Work Order project.

Working across multiple teams, you will play a critical role in reviewing, mapping and improving operational processes to support backlog reduction and enhance service delivery outcomes state-wide. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, analytical capability and the ability to coordinate outcomes across a complex environment.
