**ANNUAL GIVING SPECIALIST**

**SUMMARY:**

The Annual Giving Specialist supports the health system’s philanthropic efforts through the planning, execution, and optimization of annual giving programs. This role manages donor-facing marketing through the foundation CRM, oversees grateful patient outreach, coordinates colleague and physician giving initiatives, and assists with securing event sponsorships. The Annual Giving Specialist plays a key role in building a strong donor pipeline, increasing community engagement, and driving sustainable annual revenue

**REQUIREMENTS:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in statistics, finance, IT or other relevant discipline, or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
