Coverage Needed

• Start Date:
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: clinic and call
  • 7am-3pm in house, then 3pm-7pm call
  • alternatively, 3pm-11pm in house, then 11pm-7am call
  • 1-2 weeks (7-14 shifts) per month
  • weekday shifts vary, 8-12 hours
  • includes day, evening, night, and weekend coverage
• Call: Beeper call (weeknights and 24-hour weekends); response time 20-30 minutes

Requirements

• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
• Licensed in California
• Certifications: DEA
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
