Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end US IT recruiting for multiple roles and skill sets (5–7 years of relevant experience expected). Source proactively using diverse, data-driven sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, niche platforms, referrals, talent mapping). Qualify candidates through structured screening, assessing technical fit, communication, motivation, and role alignment. Lead candidate engagement: communicate clearly, build trust, and provide a high-touch candidate experience from first contact to offer.
